Vortex Yoga

Description

Practice yoga on the beautiful red rocks of Sedona and tap into the powerful Vortex energy here in Sedona! Yoga is tailored for each participant – depending upon experience and goals. Hatha, Vinyasa, Restorative, Yin, as well as deep guided Yoga Nidra Meditation are all options. Guided Vortex Meditation available upon request. Red Rock Vortex Yoga is approximately 2 hours total and includes a short walk (sometimes on trail) to the outdoor yoga location. Yoga mats and props provided. Note – Transportation is not provided for outdoor yoga. Clients must have vehicle or arrange shuttle service.
